I am married with two grown-up children and have 2 grandchildren.
I worked in a secondary school for 12 years, initially as a librarian and then in the last six years at school as a qualified literacy tutor mainly working with students on a 1 to 1 basis.
I love what I do and passionately believe that every young person should be able to reach their own maximum potential and have the confidence to use the skills and strategies learnt during their sessions, taking them through their school life and into the world beyond that.
